Terms of Service

These terms cover the website design, hosting and maintenance service provided by Sawhorse Sites, operated by SilverQueen EOOD ("we", "us"). By subscribing, you ("you", the client) agree to them.

1. Free previews

We may build a free preview website for your business before you become a client. A preview comes with no obligation. Previews are hidden from search engines and carry a notice that they are not your official website. We take a preview down promptly if you ask.

2. The service

Your subscription includes design and build of your website, hosting, an SSL certificate, connecting your domain, a working estimate request form, and ongoing maintenance as described on our website.

3. Price and billing

The monthly price is the one shown on your payment link (our founding rate is $59 per month). Billing starts on the day your site goes live on your domain, recurs monthly, and is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Founding-rate clients keep their rate for as long as their subscription stays active.

4. Money-back guarantee and cancellation

If you are not happy within 30 days of launch, tell us and we will refund your first month in full. You can cancel any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and your site stays online until then. We do not charge cancellation fees, and we do not refund partial months after the first 30 days.

5. Edits and changes

Small edits are unlimited and are usually completed within two business days. Small edits include changes to text, photos, prices, hours, services, service areas and contact details. Larger work, such as a redesign, new multi-page sections or custom features, is quoted in advance and only done if you approve the quote.

6. Your content and ownership

You own your business name, logo, photos, text and domain. You confirm you have the right to use any content you send us, and you give us permission to use it on your website. If you cancel, we will send you your content and the site files on request.

7. Domains

Domains are registered in your name and paid directly by you to the registrar. If you give us access to your domain settings, we use it only to connect and maintain your website.

8. Estimate requests

Messages sent through the form on your website are forwarded to the email address you choose. We are not responsible for messages lost because of an incorrect address, spam filtering or an outage at an email or form provider. Your phone number is always shown as a backup.

9. Availability

We use reputable hosting providers and work to keep your site online, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. If your site goes down because of a problem on our side, we will fix it as quickly as we can.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will email active clients at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
